Speed and simplicity in the instantaneous measurement of froth overflow
A user-friendly interface and simple configuration allow OptVision FrothTM to continually measure the velocity of froth overflow with the use of cameras installed at the top of each column or on the edges of conventional cells.
The results of these analyses are shown in real-time on the computer screen and can be shared via OPC with PLC/DCS, supervisory, PIMS, database or sent to an advanced control system.
