The OptVision PelletTM system measures, in real-time, the granulometric distribution of green pellets on conveyor belts or on the discharge ramp of pelletizing discs using cameras installed in locations with easy access to maintenance.
The results of the instantaneous particle size analysis are displayed on the computer screen and are shared via OPC to PLC/DCS, Supervisory, PIMS etc, or used in Advanced Process Control (APC) systems;
The OptVision PelletTM system presents robust hardware architecture suitable for industrial use with low levels of preventive and predictive maintenance.
It has a user-friendly graphical interface, calibration and simple configuration. Its algorithms are fast and capable of analyzing the particle size of several discs simultaneously.
