Mass Balance

More control in processes, greater productivity in results.

Mass balance is an accurate computation of all the materials that enter, leave, accumulate or are transformed in the course of an operation. It is the application of the principle of conservation of mass for the analysis of physical systems.

By measuring the material entering and leaving a system, the mass flows can be identified but may remain unknown without the application of this technique. Thus, mass balance is used in engineering for production management and to support the identification of errors and indicate a solution to a specific problem.

CEMI offers software licenses, automated mass balance closing systems, training and courses that guarantee more process control and more productivity in results.
