OptDensityTM informs with precision the density of the multiple flows of the industrial process.
The equipment provides more safety for the operators in collecting the manual samples and the automatic operation helps in real-time decision making. OptDensityTM basically consists of a sampler, a multiplexer, a weighing system and a calculation device, which share the results via OPC with PLC/DCS, supervisory, database or sent to the APC (Advanced Process Control) systems.
OptDensityTM may be applied to slurry flows in the areas of grinding, filtration, thickening and dosing of limestone.
